Metrohealth Transportation offers transportation toward dialysis centers, cancer treatment centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and adult day cares. Transportation services meet Federal Transit Administration requirements and Medicaid qualifications.
To provide accessibility regardless of the ambulation status of patients, we offer the following arrangements:

An advanced appointment scheduled within the next 24 hours for “next day” reservations is implemented. We also cater on a “same day” basis for clients with urgent specific needs.
During each trip, a Metrohealth driver will arrive at the assigned location within the time assigned in the Trip Manifest, and assist and transport clients accordingly. The standard information collection procedure covers the time and date of pick-up, GPS location stamp, and the completion of the service. Return rides take up only 15 minutes or less.
